Cassie is at the Bridge

Cassie was helped to the Bridge today. The vet came to their home today and said it was time. Almost 17 years old how remarkable. In their family Cassie was their son’s heart dog. He was killed in an accident several years ago so Cassie had Mitch waiting for her today.
Cassie left behind her Mom, Dad and her Weim brother and sister.
Run free sweet puppy girl, forever young.
I just read about her story on Facebook. Such a sweet girl.

Mitch and Cassie will have a wonderful time while waiting for the rest of their family. They will play lots of fetch and tug. Happy travels Cassie.

So sad, but I’m sure she had a great life. Hard to lose her since she meant so much to their son. They must be heartbroken!
What a sad, sad story. I know Cassie is happy to run with and play with Mitch!
