Yep, one of my weims once pooped out my husband hanky, yuck! I asked my husband if he wanted it back, not even any holes in it! Just thankful it didn’t wrap around any of his intestines.

My 4 yo weim Pete killed a rabbit in our fenced in area early in the morning this winter. Molly and him both went out together so the only thing I can think of is that they cornered it because they are usually way to fast for the dogs. But it was freezing outside and me still in my pajamas could not get him to leave it, he wanted to bring it in the house so bad, he was so proud. Life with a weim is never dull!

Happy to say Molly is feeling so much better. Just glad I was able to get her to the vet, poor girl was in so much pain. And, I’m sure she would do it again given the chance, ugh!!! They just don’t learn!

I had that happen to one of mine, I called the vet and they prescribed an antibiotic just to make sure no infection would set in, I came home and put her in the shower and rinsed all the blood out good. I was able to pick up the prescription at my own pharmacy. Just keep an eye on it.
